Firm Profile

Image Ms. Arkovich attended Stetson College of Law graduating with honors in 1992 and serving on its Law Review. She then practiced with several private law firms in Tampa Bay before starting her own law practice in 1995.

Initially, the law firm focused on employee rights in employment and labor cases. Shortly after founding the firm, consumer bankruptcy law was added to complement our services to our individual clients. Now, bankruptcy and foreclosure defense represents the largest portion of our practice, but we also continue to represent employees who have been wrongfully terminated or have legal claims against their employers. We anticipate further expanding our legal services to our clients to include prosecution of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act violations and other creditor harassment in the near future.

Ms. Arkovich is a graduate of the prestigious Max Gardner's Bankruptcy Boot Camp which has been featured in Business Week magazine and on ABC's Nightline.  This has helped to arm the law firm with the knowledge and resources to fight mortgage companies in foreclosure actions as well as adversary proceedings in bankruptcies.

We strive to offer our clients fair prices for quality legal representation in a friendly environment.   In order to be effective in today's fast-paced world of business and employment, an attorney must always keep in the forefront the overall goals of each client, striving to surpass those goals whether through negotiation or litigation. To this end, Ms. Arkovich endeavors to be a counselor in the truest sense of the word in assisting her clients to achieve their objectives.

When negotiation fails, Ms. Arkovich is skilled in litigation, having litigated against each of the largest Tampa Bay firms and many Fortune 500 companies. Many of these cases have included claims ranging from sexual harassment, creditor harassment, foreclosure, personal injuries, whistleblower claims, wage and hour violations, age discrimination, sex discrimination, FMLA violations, and breach of contract to name a few.
