Well, it varies on the chapter that you file, the shortest discharge possible is a chapter seven. It usually is obtained in 90 to 100 days, so just over three months. A Chapter 13 is dependent upon the number of years in the plan. Usually, it's three to five years and so that means that the discharge is obtained at the end of that case.
